Transforming the site of two former care homes, we've developed 24 bungalows and 6 apartments tailored to the needs of Pickering and Ferens Housing Association.
Partnering with Yorkshire Water and Hull City Council, we've ensured a reliable infrastructure with adopted sewage and road systems. Preserving the site's heritage, we maintained an orchard for the residents, fostering a sense of continuity and community.
